In the spirit of respect, truth, and reconciliation, Fake Mustache acknowledges that our performances and community work take place on the traditional territories of many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples whose footsteps have cared for and marked these lands for centuries. We are honored to be situated on Treaty 7 territory, the traditional lands of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai Nations), the Tsuut’ina First Nation, and the Stoney Nakoda Nations. We also recognize the Cree, Dene, Saulteaux, Nakota Sioux, the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region III, and the Otipemisiwak Métis Government.

We honor all Nations—Indigenous and non-Indigenous—who live, work, and create on these lands. Together, we celebrate the vibrant history, culture, and shared stewardship of this territory as we build inclusive and supportive communities.
